This project involved surveying and a conditional use and variance from the Zoning Ordinance and PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting to complete the Land Development process. Hec –Ras modeling was utilized to determine that the building site was above the 100 year floodplain. A Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) was submitted to FEMA to remove the site from the 100 year flood mapping.
